3、 Structural principle
It consists of a frame, an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, a pulley worktable, a test container, a water flow stirrer, a sample forming cylinder, etc.
Under the working condition of the motor, the main shaft equipped with a stirrer is driven to rotate by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor. The stirrer is installed in the sample container, and rolling steel balls of different specifications are placed on the surface of the sample. The stirrer is partially immersed in water and rotates and stirs the steel balls at a speed of 1200r/min to generate friction and wear on the sample, in order to verify the anti wear ability of the concrete surface.
